Sequim Village Glass

We unfortunately used this company for our shower doors in while building our new custom home. We had a professional cleaner after construction was finished. She reported to us that the guest room shower door had three areas of large scratches. I called Sequim Glass and asked them to send someone out. They finally got around to sending out a surly employee several weeks later. He snootily informed us that he inspects all glass before it is installed and it was not scratched then. He came back a week later and tried rubbing it with some kind of solvent with a Kleenex. All that did was smear the glass and he left. We then managed to get the owner to come the following week. He looked at it and finally agreed to replace it. After patiently waiting for 3 months I called today for status. I spoke with the owner who said «oh we are not replacing it because we believe it was scratched by an abrasive cleaner. That door had only been cleaned by a professional and then myself. Neither of us are stupid enough to use abrasives on glass. They have only been cleaned with Sprayway window cleaner and soft cloth. I am so angry with these morons. They had also installed double shower doors on a large steam shower in the master bath. These doors leak out the bottom and I have never seen shower doors that waterspot so badly, even after being squigeed. Stay away from this place!
