I was delighted to find such an accessible yet hidden gem! Just pull off the old highway and into an unassuming parking lot that gives way to beautifully serene grounds with a waterfall and gardens that someone clearly loves and cares for. Not a great place for small children, though, as their rustic décor is easily breakable and the landscaping is not meant to be participatory. I had to get their lavender mocha since I was in lavender country and it was quite tasty, though a little on the sweet side but not near as much as corporate coffee houses. This is a great place to take pictures with backdrop choices of gardens, forested hills, or the sound.

I just gave someone else a really bad review, felt bad about it & wanted to give someplace else a good one. This place immediately came to mind. I’ve been there several times, whenever I have reason to go to PA or Sequim. I would be a regular if I lived closer. I go there for one thing alone– the lavender latte. It’s. So. YUMMY. Everytime too, the baristas have been sweet & friendly. Which I need after braving the turn into there. I’m never quite sure when it’s going to come up, & the road goes a bit fast, so I usually end up driving to the birdy place, then turning back for my latte. Never been in the giftshop. Should give it a whirl next time.

We were in today and the barista made it very clear to us that she had no interest in serving children with special needs. Her reaction to my son turning off the light switch was abhorrent. We will never return and if you have a special needs child or know someone who does. Stay away! But do stop in next door at wild birds unlimited as they were awesome with the very same child.

The Garden Espresso and Gift My husband and I stopped here to take a break from our drive to Neah Bay. We were both in dire need of a coffee break. The gal who was the barista that day was very cheerful, patient, and was happy to answer any of our questions regarding the specialty items on the menu. My husband bought the largest Americano available on the menu and I bought an equally large iced mocha. The espresso stand has a shop on the inside and a drive-up window. The gift shop is small, but sells interesting items. There is also a nice couch to sit on. The stand is surrounded by a Certified Wildlife Habitat and rents its space from the Wild Birds Unlimited store next door. We will definitely drop by again if we make another trip up to Neah Bay.

The lavender latte’s here are the best, and the barista that was in there each time I went was always super nice.

This is a friendly little java joint! The owner, Meri, is awesome! Great gifts and treats too! The surrounding gardens can’t be beat to unwind on a long or short drive. Be sure to also check out the Wild Birds Unlimited store right next door!
