I took my 3 year old tag heuer watch to have the battery changed. They told me I would have to leave it– not a problem. I got it back just in time for a trip. Within a few days I noticed the face was slanted. I took it back and they asked me what I did? They said the feet inside were sheared off and they begrudgingly fixed it? A week later it stopped working. I fear they replaced the inside with the inside of an older watch but could not be sure. I sent back to Tag and am waiting for the report. This is an $ 1800 watch and I no longer trust them.
