Another stellar example of the state store system. What a disaster this place is. Oh sure, if you are craving some Barefoot or Fisheye wine or some peach schnapps this is your store. If your taste runs a little above that, go elsewhere. Preferably out of state. Ok, it’s a small store. It has limited selection. But the service here is atrocious! The epitome of «I don’t care». Embarrassing actually. Example: I went here today knowing that two wines I wanted were not available here but were in stock at two other stores(Moon and McCandless). I asked the clerk to get them for me. They’ve done that in the past. Shuffle stock from store to store to meet customer requests. The Fox Chapel store even shipped wines in for me from Philadelphia. Gave him the codes and told him how many were in stock at those stores. Manager yelled down from his perch and asked me when I wanted them. How about tomorrow? He said nope. Ok, I asked when can you have them here? Maybe a month or so he said. Oh. Really? Why so long? We only go to Cranberry. So that’s as far as they’re willing to go in the name of customer service. And that’s just one example… there are more. This store is a joke.
