Bryan was amazing to work with. I wanted to purchase a special present for my wife but couldn’t get the original design without her knowing. Bryan went out of his way to recreate the logo based upon some photos of items I had. This level of customer support is unheard of with larger companies. I felt as though he truly valued me as a customer and that he takes great pride in his work.

Love the quality of this work! I have ordered many different products from here including cutting boards, wine bottle holders, and signs. All of the people I sent items to loved their gifts. My favorite are the heavy duty engraved cutting boards. I highly recommend for gifts or for your own home or for wedding parties.

TOTALLYINCOMPETENTCUSTOMERSERVICE: I placed an order on Etsy for a Christmas present for my parents. When I found out that it was not going to make it in time I requested overnight delivery to expedite the order. The owner, Bryan Holmes, informed me that they wouldn’t be able to get it out in time. At this point I’m disappointed but at the same time I totally understand. These things are custom crafted and can only get done so fast. So I asked when they would be able to ship it out and Bryan said it would definitely go out a week later on the 29th. Then on the 30th, a day after Bryan said it would be shipped, I get an email that they cancelled my order and issued a refund because, based on our initial email exchange 2 weeks prior, he didn’t feel I would be satisfied with the order. I called to clarify that I never requested or wanted a refund, I just wanted them to fulfill the order that I had placed within the timeframe that they had specified. The woman who I spoke with said that they are a small shop and don’t work with«demanding» customers. Apparently customers that pay for a product and expect to receive it are«demanding.» BUYERBEWARE, this is a tiny mom and pop shop that doesn’t understand how to run a business.
