My husband and I purchased a used vehicle in early April 2015. We found out, within two days of purchase, that the transmission was completely destroyed and needed to be replaced. Jack, the owner, understood our serious situation and worked with us. He was very upfront and honest about any repairs needed. We had our car repaired quickly (3 days) and on the road for almost a month now and we are beyond satisfied with their work. I would like to thank Jack and all his wonderful staff that helped make a really awful situation as painless as possible. We won’t go to any other shop in Maryland. (:

Jack and his crew were fantastic. From the minute you walk in, you feel like you are meeting up with an old friend. The prices were also great. We talked to three different locations before we talked to Jack. They all wanted to charge us 100+ for just the diagnostic and all they were going to do was hook the van up to a computer. Jack charged us much less and they actually touched the car to see what was wrong. They were able to diagnose the problem, a bad switch in the transmission. They had the part on the same day and replaced it. We have definitely found a new home for our mechanic needs! Thanks guys!
The vehicle worked on was a 2002 Honda Odyssey.

I had been looking for a shop to take my 2006 Audi to. I needed a timing belt replaced and the dealer as usual was asking a crazy price. I shopped around and did get the right vibe from some of the shops in the area. It didn’t come to mind that the shop I rode past every day could do the job for me. I looked them up on the net and shot them an e-​mail for a quote. The very next day I recieved a quote and it was a good price and way less than the dealer. A month later, I called them, the still had my quote and and told me to come on in. The did the job in the time frame that gave me, no hidden charges and the work was done without a hitch. As my car was being worked on, they gave me updates on the progress of my vehicle. I will take my car there for any future repairs without question.
