If you dont have a lot of time DO NOT GO to this McDonald’s. …it ALWAYS takes for ever !! Its been a year sence iv lived in the area and it is ALWAYS this way… today i order a chocolate shake snd by the time i got it in the DRIVE thru it was melted… the drive thru is worse then inside and the drive thru is suppose to be faster right!!! This McDonald’s is AWFUL !!!

Mcdonalds is Mcdonalds; My order wasn’t correct a few times. That’s expectant for such a huge, popular fast food chain. However, the one thing that stood out to me at this particular location is their politeness. I went through the drive-​thru line a handful of times and both the cashier and the server were absolutely pleasant to me each time. I’ve never received that at any other McDonalds, so I appreciated it very much. Also, I’ve never had to wait very long at this McDonalds. So, personally I’d say it’s the best one I’ve been to.

This mcdonalds is so bad. The employees are so slow, and most of the time act like you dont exist until they can catch up on the mediocre service.
Many times i have ordered @ the drive through only to pull out of line after deciding it isnt worth the wait for cold food.
When i do stay average time from order to food pickup is over ten minutes, sometimes as much as 15 minutes.
Sorry, even chilis can get your order ready in 20 minutes, why am i waiting so long for fast food?

Not much to say, it’s a McDonald’s. Food here is average for the chain, but service at this location is often below average.

This McDonalds was a pretty bad experience. My husband and I walked in to a long line with no cashier, customers complaining about the service and their incomplete orders, and people leaving. We decided to just give it a chance since we’re already there. BAD decision. The young lady at the register was already frustrated with whatever was going P with her coworkers that she pushed that attitude onto me and my husband as gave us such an attitude like she was annoyed with us and we were stupid.
Do not eat here, they are rude and disorganized.

The first time I came to this Mcdonalds I was new to the area, and kind of in a rush. I ordered my food, picked it up, and started to drive off without my change. The lady in the window got my attention, and so I backed up to the window. She gave me my change, but first she made it clear that at first she was going to let me drive off and pocket the money to buy some beer after her shift.
I say that to say this. I wasn’t even mad about it, this doesn’t even make my «Top 25 most shocking things that have happened to me at McDonalds list». At this point in my life, i’m satisfied to just get my sandwich right, because I know no matter what i’m gonna spend at least 45 seconds sitting at the window checking my bag before I pull off regardless.
Barring a few minor hiccups this Mcdonalds hasn’t been that bad overall, and the staff I have encountered in the drive thru haven’t been rude. It’s basically like any other Mcdonalds in maryland.
Overall: I’m not loving it, but she alright though!

I visit this location because it’s convenient and, let’s face it, cheap. However, it is not my first choice. The location is awkward and difficult to exit without risking your life with oncoming traffic. There are two places to order in the drive-​thru but be prepared to wait a while to be noticed (I’ve left on more than one occasion after waiting an excessively long time). Nine times out of ten I never get the sauce I asked. I realize this is a McDonald’s and you get what you pay for but the food here is only edible, far from enjoyable. Save your money and go to Chick Fil A or Wawa down the street.

Surly attitude and slow as a dog with no legs. Would’ve given two stars if the order had at least been right.

We’ve lived nearby for 4 years now, and this location CONSISTENTLY does not remember to include your dipping sauces, straws, and spoons. They ask you during the ordering process what sauces you’d like with your chicken mcnuggets, but then don’t give them to you, and forget peanuts with the sundaes, and spoons when you order oatmeal.

The 2 staff members I interacted with this visit were terrible. The line outside wasn’t moving so I went inside where it took 10 min to get a burger and fries. One man waited a while for his food and was trying to ask the manager for fries for his wait. When he was talking to the manager the cashier told him he «hadn’t been waiting that long». I iwll not be going back there.

My boyfriend waited in line for over 40 mins in drive thru. What ever happened to FAST FOOD? You’re supposed to have some type of sense of urgency in making sure customers have what they need and good quality. I don’t recommend anyone going here. Unless you want to wait an hour for food. Terrible

Bad food and management. Cold hash brown fried in old oil. Chicken biscuit was not fresh either. Yes, it’s just McDonald’s but this location is exceptionally bad.

Slow… slow…slow…slow… And my coke had a very funky taste

They should really close this location down and replace it with a Burger King, or better yet «GINO’S»!!!
You either waste time in line waiting for your order when you go inside or, take a chance you get what you ordered when you go through the drive-​thru.
Then to add insult to injury, you take your life in your hands trying to exit the parking lot onto Reece or Telegraph Road.

They should have added a 3^rd window to give me the rest of my order that they forgot…

This McDonald’s is the most impressive one that I have been to & has made me rethink my view on fast food! Look at these pix!

I agree to some of the previous reviews. Management and service is really bad and needs fixing the unprofessional manager and slow service. McDonalds, what are you doing? Are you doing your quality assurance review? This fast food restaurant needs it badly.

Service was lousy, food was poor quality, even for a mcdonalds. Dining room looked recently renovated, but was already nasty. There was trash and food INSIDE the light fixtures.

I absolutely hate this McDonald’s. they never get my order right and the food ALWAYS sucks. It’s 1 minute from my house and I drive to the one in millersville instead. HORRIBLE management. I wish they would turn it into something completely different.

This is absolutely the worst McDonalds ever. Even when they have more people behind the counter than in front of it they cant get the order right. Big Mac bun was so dry it crumbled and the patties were half the size of normal, Chicken Nuggets must have been around for ten years in a freezer they were so dry and the nugget was mostly hollow inside, how do they even make them that way. The worst part is every 6 months or so I get a craving for fries and a big mac and they always disappoint. Also, NEVER buy a pie from them, they are always old and so hard you cant even break them and the filling is dried up and in a crappy paste.
Worst waste of money I can think of. I am done giving them second and third chances.
