New Cleaners

Very bad experience here. The work they did ruined my items and the manager was shockingly rude and manipulative. I will never go here again and I cannot recommend. Terrible.

We’ve used New Cleaners for years, because of the convenience and their service. They’re hardworking, responsive to special requests, and they do quality work. We’ve never encountered a negative attitude there, and I’ve never felt compelled to try to find another cleaners. Highly recommend them.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE… EXTREMELY RUDE FEMALE OWNER! New to the area and called to ask the price of men’s dress shirts and suits… owner was very abrupt and hard to understand (very heavy asian accent).
Thought I would swing by since it was close and inquire in person and still had a hard time understanding her. I repeated back what I thought she was telling me in order to confirm that I was clear on her pricing at which point she proceeded to tell me this was HER place of business and I was being a difficult customer. Decided she wasn’t interested in earning new business so I took my 15 items across the street.
I would never do business with anyone that treated their customers this way. You’re better off going somewhere else that would appreciate the business rather than making you feel you were an inconvenience to them.
