This is the most beautiful bed and breakfast tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of pigeon forge. The owner is extremely flexible and works diligently to ensure you have a wonderful stay in the Smokeys!
The breakfast is absolutely amazing and the views are unbelievable from the front porch! I would recommend this place to anyone who is trying to get a beautiful weekend getaway in the Smokeys!

I stayed here over Labor Day weekend. It was fantastic. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean and had an incredible view of the Smoky Mountains. The 3 course breakfast every morning was always delicious and the owners Sue and Pat were more than willing to be accommodating to dietary restrictions. Each night there was a dessert set out along with snacks set out all day. The locations was great, peaceful and picturesque. I would recommend this B&B to anyone staying in the area. It is close to Dollywood and the strip in Gatlinburg but hidden from the noise and congestion.

We initially selected Berry Springs due to the many positive reviews and it’s proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was simply and exceptional experience. Beautiful lodge, beautiful location and excellent service. Having lived in Bavaria 4 years, this took me back to many such quaint lodges I visited, with great service, food and a beautiful location.
They offer only breakfast, but it is fantastic. The room was comfortable and very quiet, with a very comfortable bed. Owners Patrick and Sue could not have been more helpful.
