Kelley Marshall did the flowers for our wedding in November of 2015, and she was not only the best florist for the job but my favorite vendor of the whole wedding experience! She worked back and forth with me in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. She got every detail exactly right and the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this florist for your wedding!

I had called them and ordered a gift basket for my family at Christmas. I had asked them to personalize the basket. My family were SO impressed (and they are hard to impress). They were so nice on the phone and the delivery price was very reasonable.
I was more than happy with the whole transaction.

Do not give business to this LOCAL florist. This was one of the rudest experiences I have had with a delivery service. I pre set up a delivery to my chalet at The Preserve to send my daughter a flower arrangement, all seemed fine and I had no problem paying any extra fees for the «inconvience» that I’m assuming Helen at the company had said it would cause her to deliver the flowers to the unit. I had spoken to the Preserve to allow them in, (and they had told me this would be fine) so I confirmed with everyone that morning. Helen had told me they would only deliver to the office and she wasn’t sure if I understood how far away they were from the Preserve. (I can’t imagine too far? How big could Sevierville be? Especially when the Preserve recommended them, and really being a business owner myself, what does that matter to me? I payed a delivery fee! Then she proceeded to tell me she wasn’t going to send her driver on a wild goose chase to find our cabin. I explained to her it was right up the road from the office and I had no intentions of causing them problems and I was assured it would be fine when I placed the order. She was rude left me to make other arrangements last minute. Please don’t support this ignorance, especially someone who can’t appreciate or understand keeping good business in times like these.
