If you only have $ 89 for a room then this is a great place. If you’re accustomed to nicer places, but due to poor planning you wound up here, it might be a little less than perfect. We snagged the last hotel room in a 25 mile radius of Gatlinburg and were happy to do so. Here are the pros here: Terrifically nice staff 5th floor is in the middle of a pretty cool remodel Later than normal check-out(11am) Cool, clean bathroom 2 beds, 2 tvs, the room is basically split in 2 sections with the bathroom in between. Free breakfast The room couldn’t have been cleaner Cons: Terrible, awful hard mattresses Typical cheap hotel polyester bedding Sheets feel like 150 grit sandpaper Pillows are so flat if you put 2 together they are still only 4 inches high(I’m not kidding) No wifi The walls are so thin that I was kept awake all night by someone snoring across the hall. If I could’ve gotten into his room I’m fairly sure I’d be on my way to prison now. This is a great value for what it is, just don’t have delusions of grandeur.

I wish I could give this a 1 star review. We stayed there while in town for a church function. It will be the last. The place is dirty. I don’t care if the hotel is a five star or a 2 star budget hotel there’s no excuse for the bugs and how dirty it was. My sister is a cancer patient. We had her children tucked in bed(2 girls and 2 boys) when one of them said there were bugs in the bed. We thought this was an excuse to not go to bed. But I looked and sure enough there were bugs in the sheets. And more on the floor and under the pillow. Flat out nasty. We spoke with a manager and we were told we were in the mountains and we needed to expect this. Ummm no. We’ve stayed at other properties in Sevierville, Pigeon forge and Gaitlinburg and never experienced this at those hotels. The manager didn’t want to do anything like his job for one and did nothing. He was rude and I suspect he no longer has a job there because with an attitude like that for customer care I doubt you’d keep a job for that long. We went and slept in the van then went to another hotel.

Dirty floors, terrible beds, old bed linens. Overworked front desk staff. Cannot recommend this at all.

We checked in and immediately our opinion was that the lobby and exterior could use a little TLC, but overall were decent and in fair condition. It is a bit dated, but still in good shape. We got to our room and noticed right away there were no bed skirts like most hotel beds have. The box springs were faded, dingy, and appeared well-used. Not the best thing to see, honestly. Then we noticed a stain on one of the bed sheets. An easy fix, but it was noticeable from across the room, so that was disconcerting that housekeeping still used it. After asking to have the sheet changed we also noticed an inordinate amount of debris on our floors(paper pieces, dirt, etc) and it was obvious the floors hadn’t been vacuumed before we checked in. Then when we pulled back the sheets on the second bed and there was some sort of dirt, paper, crumbs, in the sheets. Now this made me think that the room hadn’t been cleaned at ALL. We checked in after 5pm, so it definitely should have been prior to arrival. The lady from the front desk came to change the sheets and told us there is no evening house keeping in the hotel, and she changed the sheets and vacuumed. That was a nice touch, but it was a bit too late at this point. We found a different hotel and checked out. They gave us a full refund even though they only have a 30 minute guarantee and by the time we got new accommodations and everything it was hours later. Pros: I like the split layout with the bedrooms. Staff was very friendly. Cons: Literally everything else. 1) the TVs are old box TVs that I haven’t seen in a hotel in years(we usually bring HDMI adapters to hook our iPad up to TVs so we can watch movies on TV, and couldn’t do that — not a deal breaker, just adds to the«dated» feel) 2) Floors were dirty 3) Beds were dirty 4) Balcony was dirty, and even though I thought it was a non-smoking room there were cigarette marks on the balcony that looked fresh, like the last person in there had rubbed out cigarettes butts on it. Overall, our initial impression was that it would be a passable place to stay which quickly turned into«get me out of here.»

This place is great if you need like almost two rooms for the price of one. The rooms are really cool because the beds are separated by a large bathroom and that alludes to a bit of privacy. It’s hard to explain, but I thought the design was genius. It was perfect for my situation wanting to be in the same room but have my own space. Their free breakfast was pretty good too. They were very accommodating. Also, the price was right.

Not great. We stayed here for $ 50 a night and it was worth about that. Positives: ok continental breakfast(buffet with eggs, waffle iron, muffins, biscuits/gravy, toast, cereal, juice, cups of fruit– pretty carb heavy). Staff was friendly. Rooms were outdated, although they try to clean them there are permanent issues such as peeling wallpaper, broken tiles, cracked sink, damaged carpeting. Also a mystery spot on our ceiling looked like splattered cola? Shower head not adjustable very strong and curtain floated towards you and stuck to you while showering. On the plus side, the shower and toilet are separate from the sink which is always nice for getting ready. Also a balcony with a nice view. They give bar soap and a shampoo conditioner.

Good value hotel. Hidden of the strip it is a little more quiet back here.
