I didn’t really go to the chapel. We went to the check-in office cause the business is «In the Smokies Wedding and Cabin Rentals.» Yes, we were checking-in for our cabin up in the mountains, not getting married again. The cabin we stayed at is called Love’s Beginning. Very cute, quaint little one room building. There’s a heart-shaped jacuzzi tub in a corner of the«room.» There’s also a hot tub outside on the deck/patio, but it was raining so we didn’t use it. The view wasn’t bad either. They do warn you about creepy crawlies. I mean, you’re in the wild, what did you expect? The road leading to the cabin can get really narrow in some spots(one-laners) so you do have to exercise caution when driving it. I wouldn’t recommend driving it at dark. Besides, you’d probably be better indoors already at dark since there are bears out in the forest. That’s what we did… made sure we were home, locked in, before it got dark. Just sayin’.
