This is a solid store, mostly because it’s what you would find elsewhere and if you get closer to Pigeon Forge(perhaps in Pigeon Forge?) you end up with some pretty bad choices. Here, you’re getting what people in other places would expect when you see«grocery store». They even have gas if you’re in need, which is a nice bonus, and plenty of parking as well. Now the bad news is that if you’re in Pigeon Forge — or even worse, Gatlinburg — it’s going to take you so long to get here, you’re probably going to age a few years coming up the parkway. You may as well start planning another trip.

Not much to write,…most Krogers are the same and don’t really stand out from each other in my opinion. Good customer service, very diverse deli. I will say that this is probably the cleanest Kroger’s ive been in and that’s sayin a lot cause Krogers is always clean for the most part! Anyway, if in the area will return:)

Very large, busy store. Gas service available. Props to Dennis the attendant who helped us work thru the use of a gift card. Recommended.

This is the best grocery store in the county. Maybe it would not warrant 5 stars in New York City(thought the customer service certainly would) but it sure stands out in this fast food & fat food area. They have a diverse deli case, and a huge hippie aisle. I can get a wide variety if nuts, seeds and dried fruits to make my own trail mix or granola. It is easy for me to find products here, even when I have a house guest on a gluten-free diet. The staff asks if I need help. This never happens to me at the competing chain. My favorite items are the Mrs. Mays freeze dried and chocolate covered strawberries, the Boars Head«black label» cheddar, Applegate all natural hot dogs, Pepperidge Farms pumpernickel bread, Amy’s Kitchen enchiladas, and the the brown/purple tomatoes in the produce aisle. I like that they employ many developmentally disabled adults, often as baggers. If you have a special diet, such as gluten free, wheat free, dairy free, sugar free, low sodium, vegan, vegetarian, or just like to eat healthy food, this is the grocery store to visit. Use your Kroger or Fry’s card to get discounts in store, and on fuel at the gas station out front.

Standard Kroger grocery store. Open 24 hours. Bank and pharmacy inside. Redbox outside. Kroger Fuel Station in parking lot(cheap gas…$ 0.10/gal discount for every $ 100 spent in grocery store with Kroger Card). Very convenient to area timeshares/hotels/attractions. Good selection of organic and Boar’s Head deli items. Friendly and helpful associates.
