Gorgeous hospital that DOES NOT PAY ITS EMPLOYEES A DECENT WAGE! Several friends and loved ones work here yet a grocery store pays more an hour!!! How can this be? THIS IS HEALTHCARE!!! Would you worry being a patient here knowing they pay less for housekeeping and techs than you can make shaking fries at Mickey D’s? Value your employees!!!

While on vacation I experienced heart pain. I went to the ER and everyone from the receptionist, nurses, and techs to the doctor were very kind and did a great job putting me at ease. I was in and out within 2 hours and received excellent treatment. I can’t thank everyone here enough for making a stressful situation much easier.

I went to leconte ER after hurting my arm. Was told it was nothing. Turned out it was broken with a torn rotator cuff. Also went in after 8 days without sleep and was given aderal an amphetamine which kept me up even longer. Saw PA not doctor very disappointed made my health worse

I officially hate LeConte Medical Center, Sevierville, TN. It’s going on 4.5 hrs and we have yet to see a doctor. We have received no announcement on why it is taking so long, or there are no signs posted in the waiting area letting people know the estimated wait time.

My husband & I went to the Emergency room at LeConte Medical Center. We were taken back after a short wait & seen by Jason Fee, P.A. He was very thorough & had great bedside manor. We felt he actually cared about our issues & helping us with a solution. We give him 5+ stars but did have to wait on nurse to discharge us (sign a piece of paper that took 3 seconds) for 50 min. Overall we left feeling very well taken care of.
