This store is amazing. Such a great selection to furnish your TN home. The prices are fair, and the customer service is just very friendly. I really enjoy going there, and love looking at their large collection of antiques on display.

Our first two experiences buying furniture here for two of our cabins was good. This third time not so much. We had a big order and came in the first week of March and selected all the items we needed and they said it would be NO issue to get in stock and agreed to deliver them on Tuesday April 21^st (6 weeks we gave them) during the week we’d be in town working on the cabin. We specifically made sure we placed and paid in full for the over $ 5,000 order way in advance to make sure no issues. Well they never informed us that there was any kind of issue but then called at 4pm on Monday April 20^th (the NIGHT before the delivery) and said they didn’t have everything. It’s ⁴⁄₂₄ and our missing pieces are still not here and the only explanation that the manager can come up with is that he is trying and unfortunately there’s no way to track the missing headboards, but he thought as of Wednesday he would have the queen beds to us by Friday, however that is not the case, and no phone call today. My guess is that they got the items in and then sold them to someone else.

We ran across Ogle on our last visit to Sevierville in September 2011. Our son who is visually and hearing impaired enjoyed mining for gold while we browsed the shop. The owners were very kind and offered a lot of information about the gems we were finding. We highly recommend that you stop and browse around. You won’t be disappointed.

I couldn’t be happier with the quality of furniture or the service from Ogles. I recently bought two hand carved log beds, a hand carved log bench, a queen mattress set, three rugs and two lamps for under $ 2,800. They delivered and put the beds together in under an hour. Everything you could imagine for cabin décor but not just limited to log or cabin furniture. If you are ever up in the area stop in and browse around.
