Think of the Pepper Palace as your one stop shop for everything related to BBQ and hot sauces. This location offers a wide variety of samples to try amongst an endless selection of sauces and dips. There is so much variety to choose from. Tasting the samples here is a meal in itself. I especially loved the Sweet Bourbon Glaze and Parmesian Buffalo Sauce.
The Pepper Palace caters to those who love their sauces and dips both mild and hot. Some of the sauces require a waiver while others are quite sweet and mild.
This place also carries a variety of oddball items. For example: Cheddar Larva and Scorpian suckers. (Yes, they’re really bugs)
if in Sevierville be sure to give it a try. Almost as good as the Mountain Mall location in Gatlinburg.

As we drive by my husband yells at me to stop! He has seen a hot sauce store and I must turn around and go back!
So clearly, my husband loves hot sauce and all things spicy. We have been to every hot sauce and spicy store we have ever found. Pepper Palace was a cool location to stumble across. The woman working was very nice and explained that we were in fact at the warehouse were the majority of the items in the store were made. She let us sample whatever we wanted to try and was very knowledgeable about the items. My husband found a few things to bring home that we hot and tasty and we left happy and on fire!

The tsunami sriracha sauce is excellent on everything. They have a huge variety of hot sauces, spices, rubs, salts, salsas, marinades and glazes. If it goes on food, they have a sauce for it. And if you don’t know what you want, they have an entire refrigerator full of sample jars for you to try. Customer service here was just excellent.
