We live in south Florida so we made reservations days ahead of time. I went on their web site the day of and nothing was posted saying that they were closed or anything (the weather was perfect). We drive allllll the way there and we are greeted with a cheesy paper sign saying ‘sorry we are closed due to low water. Please pray…’ What? Not a phone call or announcement on your site saying this to paid customers? No one answered the phone either. We better get our money back. So do not pay ahead. We ended up calling River Rat and went tubing there. No low river! It was so much fun.
