Overpriced, overpriced, overpriced. Wow it’s been a few years since I’ve been here. What happened? They crab cakes have gotten so small and the prices are out of sight. Sorry but this is south jersey not PHILLY… Prices are outta sight.

The lady who works here should find another job. She is downright rude to her customers. We walked out and will not be back.
We have had Bobby’s crab cakes and other food from other locations and they are extremely good crab cakes at that price point.
The place has a few small café tables, and is clean, but it is mostly a take out joint.

I really cannot rate this place being as though it was closed!!! Every year AMEX has small business Saturdays in which you can spend monies to support local businesses and get $ 10.00 back for a purchas over $ 10.00, well the places was closed for a week!!! I checked the website and it was not advertised that the business would be closed!!! Needless to say I was hungry and crabcake less so I coul not rate the food nor the service… Also there was not a sign on the door to state that the business was closed, so other people were waiting also… The only upside is that I found a Classic Cake bakery and the service was awesome!!!

Best crabcakes, coleslaw, lobster mashed potatoes!!! Need I say more?

Those were some unfortunate encounters described below… the people I met were great! We went early on a Thursday, just when it opened and they were setting up. I really understand why people come for the king crab cakes! I also highly recommend the potato salad (and, honestly, everything looks really good!) as well as the fries! They make everything as you order, so make sure you tell them to fully cook it if you want to eat in! Or they half-​cook it so you can take-​out and cook it «fresh» at home for lunch/​dinner!
Overall, great atmosphere and great people; will definitely come again and take more to go!

VERY rude staff. Middle aged blonde woman behind the counter is extremely rude and acts as if you should be grateful she allowed you in the store. I don’t think I’ll be going back. She is actually combative when answering questions.
This review is for the Sewell location. My girlfriend and I went here for some take out. Mind you, this is a take out restaurant. They had a «special» Valentine’s Day menu with inflated prices right next to their regular menu which was prominently posted. I asked for the regular crab cake platter which I normally get and the older woman literally scowled and yelled at me saying «WE AREN’T DOING PLATTERS TODAY.». Needless to say we walked out. Food is good but the service has always been suspect. this takes the cake. We will not return.

I have a big problem. Actually, my mother does. She was treated like absolute garbage by a VERY rude woman at your Turnersville store Friday ²⁄₇ around 4:30pm (she was blonde and wore a lot of makeup, in her 40’s or 50’s). Her and my aunt were in the store (no one else was there) and the rude woman (I would use what I am thinking, but I will keep it professional), had the audacity to take a woman who walked in before her to wait on! Then, when my mother spoke up, the rude woman got nasty and cocky with her. She then purposely mis-​marked the pot pies, and had the audacity to tell the other woman «You were so nice» (abt the «confusion») as my mother walked away!!! How dare she treat customers like this??? Tell you what, you are very lucky it was not me. I do not stand for being treated like this! I would have walked out and never returned, and never give the company another dime. I will also be sure to review this restaurant on Unilocal and other local menu sites about this incident.
I forgot to mention, what started this incident: my mother commented to my aunt how there was no one in the place. And normally, people need to wait in lines out the door. The woman was very very combative and rude and unprofessional

I wish I could say I love these. I just don’t get the hype. The flavor is okay. And yea it is lump crab meat, practically no filler. But I’ve had that at other restaurants, where the cakes were bigger and less expensive.
I’ve had these twice. I’ll never buy them again. They were very good, and I’d eat them if served somewhere, but I would never buy them myself.

Daily Specials change, well, daily. You can’t get all items every day or even every week. Check the website before going to avoid disappointment.
I have never purchased anything that I didn’t like here. The chicken cheesesteak eggrolls are out of this world, but are only available every couple weeks or so. I also love the chicken parm and large crab cakes.
Expensive food, but it is delicious.
This is a carry out spot and food is «almost done». You finish cooking at home.
