We made an appointment with the owner «Peter» who called to cancel on us twice & asked us to reschedule to accommodate him, which we did, and then he ended up never showing up for the appointment at all. When we called him back, only to inquire about the appointment that he missed, he said we should have called him ahead of time to confirm because he was too busy to call us. He was so rude! We told him that we were not going to reschedule with him again, and he proceeded to bad-​mouth other area remodeling companies. He was totally unprofessional and I would never do business with this man again.
