I really don’t like places that lie to you over the phone. When I called, they told me that I could purchase their Cash Passport prepaid MasterCard at the airport in Philadelphia. When I got there, though, *none* of their many branches were «set up» to do that, leaving me having to exchange and carry a large amount of cash because I had chosen to leave my ATM card at home when I traveled to the UK. All I got from them was a shrug and a muttered «sorry.»
