Wish I could give negative stars! Burned out my yard in the midst of the wettest summer ever! Then gave me several ridiculous excuses: flying saw dust made burn spots over my ¼ acre yard, wind blew the blades of grass over and burned it out and finally I cut it too short, meanwhile I cut it that day at highest setting!
My opinion, they probably applied the wrong treatment like vegetation killer but won’t admit they did something wrong.

Terrible customer service! Called last Wednesday morning to try to get service person answering phones said a sales person would call me back. It’s Monday I had to call them back, was told Brian would call me back in 10min 2 hours later I get a call… $ 200+ for 4 treatments, then another $ 200+ for tree & shrub service. Asked him to email me the quote as I was now driving… 1am still no quote!
Guess you don’t want my business!
I’m done trying!

Crooks!
Used them for lawn service and used automatic payments, seemed like they made payments more than they sprayed my lawn. The card on file expired. i decide the service was no longer useful as I saw no difference in my lawn. When i called to cancel they said the would close the account and nothing more was said. After about twenty annoying phone calls trying to get my service back I finally thought i was done with them. Two months later I get a bill from a collection agency for $ 45 from Scotts. You would have thought if I owed money they would have said something when I called to cancel my service. Makes absolutely no sense to me. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. Be careful if you use this company. They are only after $$
