Sincerely Yogurt

I used to like this a lot more, but it’s still good. The Sincerely Yogurt that I remember has creamy froyo that’s so close to ice cream you can barely tell a difference; today it was a little more crystallized and like a sorbet.
I still love their flavors. They have standards like chocolate and vanilla, but I like their unique flavors. Today I got French Toast with Very Berry on the side. The berry was tart, like berries on your breakfast French toast should be. There was a sign for flavors coming up: cappuccino and cinnamon bun. Sign me up for the cinnamon bun!
They also have a wide variety of toppings; I’d say over five feet of toppings. They have everything from kiwi and berries to mini marshmallows, s’more mix, cookie dough pieces, almonds, Heath bars, hot fudge… you name it.
The space is a little plain. It almost looks clinical, but there are tables to sit and enjoy and pillows in the bay windows flanking the door. But the best part are the benches outside. On a gorgeous day, there’s nothing better than enjoying a frosty treat while doing some people watching in Sewickley.

Ok, so I am new to the whole yogurt scene. I just recently started eating greek yogurt and when I saw this place, I knew I wanted to give it a try. Let me just say that I was not disappointed. The staff is very friendly. I was greeted upon entering the store and the girl explained how it works. The yogurt is self serve and you pay by the ounce. That’s a pretty good deal, because you can get as much as you want or as little as you want. I am quite sure that Sincerely Yogurt has just about every topping you can imagine.
I tried the Reese’s Peanut Butter cup smoothie with Chocolate Yogurt. There was no mistaking the Reese cups in this smoothie. It was being my expectations and just heavenly. I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it. I can’t wait to go back and try the Strawberry Banana smoothie.

Great yogurt, fresh toppings. Pricey, but caters to the Sewickley crowd which are not very price sensitive shoppers. Great alternative to ice cream on a warm summer evening.
