The hot chocolate there was good, but this one woman I keep coming across from that works there. she’s a bigger, older woman with short blonde hair. She is always so rude. She takes out her anger from work on customers. I asked her for some ice cubes and she sighed loudly because it of that.

Well it’s not about the service or food. It’s about how Anna does not pay her bills for vendors here. I had a signed contract we her and still nothing. There were damages done by the prior contractor and she expected me to fix them. I did fix them as I was told I was going to be paid however nonpayment. Maybe DUNKIN corporate should see how there franchise run there businesses.

It’s a dunkin donuts, most of the staff is friendly but the service is slow and a lot of mistakes are made. The coffee is very watered down and they tend to give you ice tea instead of iced coffee every time. The food is normal dunkin food so processed and not well made but this is my opinion on all dunkins. The one thing that bothers me more then anything else is when you order a bagel at this dunkin they put it in a microwave rather then toasting it in the toaster that is there for this exact reason. The only reason that I rated this dunkin three stars is the friendly staff and location. Sitting on the patio across from the river on a nice day drinking coffee is just very relaxing and refreshing.

I hope Anna(owner) reads these reviews. We come to this location due to convenience only. This Dunkin Donuts simply cannot get the orders right. The staff is and always has been incompetent. Slow. Always wrong. It is ridiculous how bad this location is. Unless you want a black coffee and a glazed donut, and I bet they could find a way to botch that up. The coffee here is really inconsistent too, never tastes the same from visit to visit. Anna, you’ve successfully pushed me to becoming a Starbucks fan for my coffee. Twice as much money but I get what I order every time consistent from location to location. This isn’t isolated. I would say that at one time, we were there 5 – 8 times a week, and had to settle with what we didn’t order at least half of that time. Oh, and they are ridiculously slow too. Do not leave this drive thru without checking your entire order first.

A friend of mine only goes to this location because it is convenient. She hopes that they redeem themselves every time she visits. The only person that can get her order right is the manager. We ordered through the drive-thru recently. I got a Mocha Coolatta which was okay. She ordered a Caramel Latte and only had about one sip when she got home. There was too much foam so the cup wasn’t full. Also, there was no espresso in it.
