waited like 45 min. for carry out. not sure what the problem was. he patient I guess.

Waited over an hour for one pizza while eating in, and watched about 15 people stand in front of the counter waiting for pickup. Terrible service… we never did get our pizza, we ordered from Dominos instead while waiting to pay for our drinks. Not going back!

They have some really good options over the past menu. However the pizzas are very inconsistent in how they are made. Things are forgotten or half assed when the pizzas come out. examples are pretzel crust is only on half the pizza, or balsamic drizzle is forgotten altogether.

It is a Friday evening. They have lots of people behind the counter. The service provided by Josh was horrible. He spent more time socializing than waiting on his tables. The order was wrong but he never came back to check. In fact he never brought a bill. We had to ask another server for drink refills. The food was good. It was just the wrong food.

We arrived at about 6:30 pm for a quick supper that ended up being anything but quick. We were seated quickly, but drink orders weren’t taken for 20 minutes. The food order wasn’t taken for an additional 15 – 20 minutes, and even then, our order was messed up. We didn’t receive our food until about 7:45, after the rest of our party was finished eating, leaving us feeling rushed to eat our mediocre dinner. The server was frazzled, and overworked, trying unsuccessfully to cover the entire dining room on her own. They did take the pizza off of our bill, so that was helpful, but even after messing up multiple food orders at our table, the manager never came out to apologize and the apologies we did receive from the server did little to make the experience anything but regrettable and something I’ll choose to avoid in the future. The facility was dirty, the lunch buffet was still uncleaned from lunch time(this was now 4 – 6 hours after lunch when we got there), and all-in-all, the staff seemed unconcerned about guests’ experiences while there. Refills took too long, staff was confused and inefficient, and the attitude was that of a disorganized mess. Avoid this location; it’s not worth your time or money.
