Should have checked the reviews before I came here. Absolutely terrible. The guy was so rude and arrogant and didn’t give me correct change back. I wasn’t in the mood to argue so I left. Never coming here again. Worst customer service. Charged $ 1 for one piece of tape and $ 5 to print my shipping label on normal paper! Only one page!

I have never been treated like such garbage. There is a major anger/ego problem going on at this location just about every time you go in. I was told«there’s the door» just for politely asking a simple questions about my package. The attitude was ridiculous! I won’t be going back ever again, and I’d also advise you to AVOID!

AVOID! Wish I saw the previous comment. I went here yesterday to ship a package and the box was only 6″ in length. I asked if they had tape and the rudest man said«I’ll do it free this one time but next time I’m charging you!». WTH? Charging for a 6″ strip of tape? Worst customer service ever. I’ll never go back her again.

I went in here to mail a package. I needed to tape one side of a small box. The tall and large man said it will be 50cents for him to tape it. I told him in the last 50 years no one at a UPS has ever charged me for a piece of tape. He said«why should I pay for it? I charge 50 cents» I can buy a roll of the same tape he uses for 1 dollar in the same plaza. I told him I will go home and tape it myself. His reply…“go ahead and waste 50 cents in gas”. He demeanor was confrontational and rude. Basically he is the opposite of customer service. Will I be going back to this UPS ever? no I support friendly places and boycott jerks like this one. The Seymour UPS doesn’t deserve to be patronized. p.s I have never had any problem with any other UPS
