Horrible service. Made an online reservation, got a confirmation number, waited for them to pick us up and they never came. Finally called and they said they were out of cars. Seriously??? I will never use them again.

I have used this Hertz location twice now and both times have been good. We came back for Christmas (2015) and our flight was delayed. They office was supposed to close at 6 and wouldn’t be open again until after the Christmas weekend. When we landed at the airport I called and asked if anyone could wait for us to get there and they did! I believe it was the manager, Jared (sp), he was very friendly and totally made my day. We got a great price online (
) and would be very happy to use them in the future! Thank you!
