The service here is consistently awful. There is rarely more than one person cutting fabric, no matter how many people are in line. Every time I come in, I ask «is it possible to call someone else to help?» And even then, no one comes to help, though there are employees standing in the aisles chatting with one another. Waiting TWENTY MINUTES to have fabric cut is ridiculous. I, of course, writing this review as I stand in line yet again.

Star one for their new location.
Star two for their large selection and variety.
Start three for the frequent and likeable coupons (usually 40% off!).
That’s it… while they are always well staffed, their staff is less than knowlegeable about their product nor work well with you when you aren’t as talented of a seamstress as their normal patrons…
