Ordered crab cakes that came with no crab! Just bread and spices. And for almost $ 14 they were very small. I sent them back and they took them off the bill which I guess works but seriously… Salad bar was pretty empty and everyone seemed to be waiting for them to bring fresh dishes. I’ve always thought this place was expensive for what you get and tonight was no exception. Manager just stood behind the bar and didn’t visit any tables to check on dining experience. It seems really poorly run.

Tempura green beans were poorly executed with most of the portion without batter. Salad bar was wilted. My peitie steak was good however not medium or any pink, but since the taste was good… I’m okay with it. Coconut shrimp was gross and nothing can describe it. My father’s Asiago steak was gray and tough with 1⁄3 of fat and grizzle. I’m guessing this would be a better place for burgers and maybe chicken tenders, but we’ll continue to go to Chili’s or TGIF instead. Server was kind and at least we had that. :)

Good food but couple orientated. If you are eating with a friend they look at you like you are gay. the waitresses are nice but not near as Hot as the ones at Chili’s. A bit expensive though

Staying next door at the Hampton on business. Hickory bourbon glazed salmon was very good. Pair it with the Summit IPA and call it a day. Simple, delicious, quick, buzzed. Happy walk to bed across the parking lot.

Food was good. We had the New York Strip and the Southern style chicken tenders. I also tried the salted caramel apple martini, which was delicious. The biscuits are a nice touch. It was timely coming to the table. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Good experience, I’ll be back!

Waitors are amazing, food was good, but the food took forever to come to our table. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant.

I usually love this place, but when i got my shellfish trio the crab cake was in pieces and overcooked. My lobster was overcooked, and the shrimp was charred on one side and normal on the other ilke they never flipped it. I’d like a lot more consistency cause if i order it 4 times an its good the first 3 but not last time I probably won’t order it again, think about it ruby.

I normally go to the Ruby’s in Roseville. Have always felt my food was fresh and the salad bar is alway clean. Stopped here on the way to the dog show at Canturbery Park. The salad bar was terrible. Everything looked dried up and old. Instead ordered brunch which was nothing to write home about. Think I’ll stop at McDonalds next year.

We eat here pretty regularly, but that might change after the last couple of visits. The food is the only thing keeping us coming back. The service at this place is getting really bad. A few trips prior to our last visit, the server or kitchen messed up our order so bad — twice. After waiting an hour for our meal, I finally put $ 5 on the table for the sodas and we walked out to have dinner at Culvers down the street. As we normally get good food and service, last Saturday night we decided to give it another try. We walked in and were seated promptly — we had to wait a while for our server, but it was busy so no big deal. The unfortunate part of being seated quickly was that we were put right next to a group of teenage girls who were screaming & yelling. Glancing around, it was clearly disturbing other patrons… but I figured that eventually a manager would come along. Nope. I got to listen to them talk loudly about how they didn’t have enough money to tip the waitress — classy. After the food came, we never heard from the server again. She ran by, picking up my empty soda glass and didn’t bother to ask or even bring me a refill. It would have been nice as I was eating a spicy dish and something to wash it down would have been nice. She came by real quick to drop off the check, not asking how our meal was or if we wanted anything besides dessert. Any server with a weeks experience should at least attempt to upsell a customer when there are two empty plates — by suggesting items. As she didn’t put any effort into selling me anything, I just figured it wouldn’t taste good anyway. Finally, as we were walking out there were two individuals at the hostess area that were gabbing about their boyfriends and what they were going to do after work. No «good night» or «thank you». The manager here needs to pull his staff together and have a refresher course on how to actually *treat* the customer. I’m not asking anyone to kiss up to me, but a smile and some attention for the 20−25% tip I usually leave would be nice. For the record — it’s not the chain — it’s this location… the one in Eden Prairie is night & day different.

I’ll keep my review short due to the fact that virtually all Ruby Tuesdays are alike. This one is located next to a a hotel so it’s patrons tend to be visiting businessmen or locals/visitors stopping by for«one last drink» before heading to the Mystic Lake Casino. My buddy and I rolled in at 11 pm(1 hour before close) for a couple more drinks to polish off the night. Having worked in food service in the past, I know how annoying this can be when you are trying to close. However, the bartender was friendly and accomodating. She was polite, made small talk, and even suggested a few more places nearby for us to checkout before calling it a night. All in all, not a bad place to grab a bite/brew. It simply lacks that«local/unique» feel.
