Shakopee Florist

I live in Texas and called to order a holiday arrangement for family located near this florist. My decision was on the positive reviews — and now I am posting one, too. Simply delightful! From the moment my call was answered to when I hung up, the manner in which my transaction was handled was amazing. Very professional, yet so friendly! I was asked questions about style, color, and look. She listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions. And the best was at the end she offered to email me a picture of the arrangement! Maybe that was 2^nd best — or at maybe a tie ;) because it was wonderful when family called and raved about the beautiful arrangement we sent. I highly, highly recommend!

I wanted a contemporary and classic arrangement as a thank you gift. Shanoah provided me with a variety of ideas and incredible customer service. We waited a day to find the perfect white orchid. She even emailed me a photo of the plant. The recipient said it was the most beautiful orchid she had ever seen. Shakopee Florist exceeded my expectations.

Great job! I originally ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered the following week but turns out needed it delivered 2 days before. I called the 2 days before and they were able to get the arrangement delivered that day? They did a fantastic job and are so easy to work with! Highly recommended!

I went to the internet to find a florist in Shakopee and saw the great Unilocal reviews for Shakopee Florist so I gave it a try and I am very impressed. Great service and I love the extra touch of sending me a photo of the bouquet before it was off to delivery. I will definitely use this florist again!

I live in San Francisco and wanted to send flowers to my sister who is in Chanhassen MN. I found this florist on Unilocal. I can see why they have 5 stars! Cory assisted me in my seamless transaction of ordering flowers for delivery. She was very friendly and professional. She offered to email me a picture of the flowers before delivery! Would highly recommend Shakopee Florist again!

I called from Maryland to send flowers to my sister’s house. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS I WOULD! Outstanding service, advice and follow-​up. Really, they went above and beyond to make this happen the very same day. Awesome!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a family member recovering in the hospital. The prices at Shakopee Florist were very reasonable especially when compared to other big name websites (that shall not be named!). I called and requested that the flowers be delivered same day and shipping was only $ 5. The woman I spoke to was very friendly and even offered to email me a picture of the arrangement once it was done. Very pleased with the arrangement and service.

I ordered flowers from this florist this morning. Wanting to get an arrangement to a family member who was admitted into the hospital last night.
When placing my order on the phone, I picked out some arrangements from FTD’s site that I liked. When I mentioned the different arrangements I liked, the florist was able to look them up and design an arrangement from what I mentioned.
I was told that the arrangement would be delivered within an hour and a half. When I found out 3 hours past the mentioned delivery time the flowers weren’t in the hospital room. I called the florist and was told the flowers were delivered to the hospital, but maybe they did not make it to the room. The florist told me she would email me (my request vs. a phone call with the status as soon as she knew).
The florist sent her driver (who was on his way home) to stop by the hospital and track the flowers down. The delivery person found the flowers sitting at the nurses station (maybe they didn’t want to let the arrangement go). He then picked them up and delivered them directly to my family’s hospital room.
My mother in law called me as soon as the flowers were received and told me how beautiful the arrangement was.
I gave this business 5 stars for their great overall customer service and putting together an arrangement that was personalized at a great price. It wasn’t the florist or delivery person’s fault for the flowers not making it to the room, so I didn’t want to rate them lower for that.
Fabulous customer service! I will definitely use this florist again when I need to order more flowers for my family in Minnesota.
