Stayed here like 7 times and I always find parking close by the rooms. You can control the a/c of heat in the room. There’s free wifi, complementary apple and orange juice. Coffee in the mornings. &85 $ a night. Sheets look clean and so do the towels.

Plus: staff was nice during check-in and was able to accommodate my request for a first floor room since we have 2 heavy luggages. The room has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and iron and board. Negative: wifi signal is very very poor, the place needs to be renovated or upgraded, non-smoking room still smells like a smoking room but the smell goes away once you turn on the heater/air conditioning. No guest laundry but they provide you with the address of the nearest laundry place(8 min. drive). Overall the place is cheap for 3 days and so far i haven’t seen any creepy crawlies(roaches, etc.) maybe because it’s winter?

Check in check out was seemless, dont expect s smile or a thank you. No elevator for 2nd floor rooms. Room had descent amenities microwave, frig w/freezer, coffeemaker, blowdryer, alarm clock & ironing board(no iron). The cleanliness of the room and the staff is my 2 star reason, bathtub had a bit of dirt in it, baseboards had very noticeable grime on them n the fridge had dried food in 1 small spot. It cost 200 for 2 nights over a Sat n Sun. So I guess u get what u pay for.

This was probably the worst hotel in which we ever stayed! They advertised a seasonal outdoor pool but it looked like it hadn’t been functional in years and all the desk staff could say was it was under maintenance. The exterior was atrocious and in need of repair and a face lift. Unfortunately, the interior was just as bad or worse. The ceilings were all water stained and all of the bathroom fixtures were water stained and barely functioned. Make sure you bring your reading glasses because it is a ten step process just to get your television to work. We were in a nonsmoking room but our bed sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. When we asked for an extra pillow we were told there were none. If you get there late, be prepared to park at the restaurant next door due to the inadequate parking at the motel. It would be better to sleep in your car than this no tell motel!

absolute dump, rooms are tiny and antiquated, spend the extra 20 $$ and go across the street to the holiday inn

The Sharon Econo Lodge is on route 1(the old road from Providence to Boston) and right next to a ramp to I-95(the newer road from Providence to Boston). It is in no way ostentatiously luxurious, but perfectly clean, well maintained and convenient. The area is a pleasant though hardly exciting suburb. A variety of restaurants and stores are located along route 1 all the way between the motel and the city of Boston. Rooms are spacious and clean and come with all the standard motel conveniences, including a writing/dining table and two armchairs with a side table. My boyfriend and I had a room with one bed that was just vast, and very comfy. Staff barely even noticed, let alone criticized, the presence of an unmarried same-sex couple, so I would classify the place as gay-friendly. I think that the rooms with two double beds are the same size, so they may be a little more cramped, but still quite adequate. Wireless Internet does require a call to the front desk to get the password, but then works like a charm. The only thing that was disappointing(but no more so than at every other motel I have staid at) was the breakfast: paper dry donuts and a somewhat makeshift setup to make waffles, accompanied by some sort of cherry/sugar concoction from a tupperware box, and mediocre coffee in styrofoam cups. Fortunately, there’s a Panera, an IHOP, and a plethora of convenience stores on route 1: just drive north from the motel toward Boston and easily visible signs will direct your attention to them.
