Great place for kids, but as for management and not following there own policies advice go smewhere else that has management that enfoces there own policy on bullying

What fun we had!!! The kids had a great time & they didn’t want to leave once the play time was up!!!

Where do I begin? As soon as I walked in the door, I wasn’t greeted with a hi how are you or oh you are the birthday boys mother, I was accosted by the woman working the front desk. She was yelling at me about my balloons and if they were weighted and that if they weren’t weighted they needed to be tied down immediately. So I continued to the party room to tie the balloons down and she then yelled down the hall way at me that if the balloons were not weighted I needed to tie them. I went into the party room put down a bag and she was in the room yelling again that the balloons need to be tied down. I said I heard you and I’m going to tie them down. She then said very flip to me «well your guest would be pretty unhappy if your balloons set off the fire alarms and they have to wait in the cold because of you.» Seriously? But I should have known she was a little off when she left me a 10 minute voice mail about her not being able to get to the facility until the earliest 2:30 because she goes to school in Rhode Island and it takes longer these days with the snow, so if I did get there before her not to panic and that she’d be on her way soon enough… ummmm really?
So the party begins. We go into the first room for 45 minutes with no issues. We then move into the second room. The kids working the party asked if I wanted the lights off and I said yes. All the kids are having a great time until one of the giant black light bulbs gets hit with a ball and falls from the 30 foot ceiling and smashes onto the ground right at the feet of one of the little girls. A few parents rushed over to carry a few of the kids away from the play structure because all of the kids have no shoes. The light bulb shattered so hard on the floor the bulb flew 10 feet in every direction! One of the workers went to get a slippery when wet sign and kept the lights off. All the parents were then over trying to keep the kids away and we are still in the dark. Finally, the lights come on and another sign comes out «children at play». Then in walks the woman from the front desk with another sign to hang on the play structure! Obviously, none of the kids were going on the jumpy, there were shards of glass all over the place. It took about 20 minutes for her to vacuum the area. When she was done vacuuming I was told it was time to move to the party room.
Pizza and cake were served and goodie bags were handed out and its time to go. We go to the front desk to pay the final balance and I let the woman know I was very upset with what happened with the light and she said sorry you aren’t happy but i did what I was supposed to do. I said «that should never have happened because none of the light bulbs should have been exposed. Every other light in the room had metal grates over the light bulbs so nothing would have hit the bulbs». She said well I handled it the way I was supposed to. I said there was a little girl right there when the light shattered. She said well no one told me that. I then said I would like the name and number of the owner because I am very unhappy with the situation and I believe you didn’t handle it correctly. She said «I’ll give you his email. I’m sure he’ll be glad to hear from you; he’s a lawyer.» I said why would you say that he’s a lawyer? what does that have to do with this conversation? She said I was just saying he’d love to hear what you have to say. I truly believe that she meant that as a threat. Why would I care what he does. I was given the generic Jump Trax email address as the lawyers email and only given a first name.
My son’s birthday party was here last year and was more than happy to have it there again. Needless to say I will never set foot in there again. Every parent at the party agreed that the it should never have happened and that it was handled very poorly. They also agreed that having a party there ever would be out of the question. With so many other places like this around why bother going to this pit!

We love it here! I love that they have schedule open play times with a limited amount of participants. The facility is clean and spread out. Kids use each room for 45 minutes. They are tired after 1.5 hours of jumping. Staff has always been helpful, I always recommend to friends lokking to keep their kids busy

Not sure why the other bad review as this place was pretty good. Visited here for a birthday party and it is basically like any other place similar to this (Watertown). Two large rooms of huge inflatable themed slides and obstacle courses. The staff here is both helpful and friendly and the place is immaculate and looks fairly new. Not sure if I would have a party here but the kids had a lot of fun and the inflatables are all newer and in great shape and clean. I wish these places had more open play times because I feel like they would make more money and gain more attention, this place offers only 2 – 3 per month. The only other complaint I would have is ditch the video games and air hockey table in the rooms. They are both a distraction and unnecessary and not really sure why they are here. Other than that, not a bad place at all to host a party!

I almost gave it a 2 star rating because I have had better experiences for a similar service but that seemed a bit harsh. I think 2.5 would be more accurate.
Jump Trax is an inflatable party place. Giant rooms filled with various bounces houses and slides. They have mostly private parties but do have some open hours as well. They recommend calling in advance for those. If you check out their website you’ll get a good understanding of what they offer.
I’m not sure how to feel about this place. We had 2 parties for my daughter at Pump It Up in Franklin before it closed last year. They were always right on top service wise. They made everything SUPER EASY. I stumbled upon Jump Trax when searching for a venue for my daughters December birthday. Since it’s December I try to keep the party planning as easy as possible.
Pros: The kids had a great time. The layout seemed to diminish the noise from the inflatables pumps so it was easier to have conversations. No clean up. It’s a private party so you don’t have to deal with it being open to the public and parents can relax a bit more than at a place like Monkey Joe’s.
Cons: It’s expensive. Nobody answered phone. They don’t provide invitations. They were supposed to call me 2 days before the party and never did. I had to call the day before and didn’t get a call back until 7pm the night before the party. The staff wasn’t up to Pump It Up standards. There wasn’t any organization when entering to make sure your group was together. I didn’t know a lot of the people at the party since it was a new class of kids for my daughter so there wasn’t a way to introduce myself as the host. They weren’t involved in monitoring the kids. At Pump it they had people placed near large slides to make sure everyone was being safe. They mainly spoke to each other and asked for a tip at the end. They didn’t do anything to make my daughter feel special… like a special chair or crown or something. She just sat at any spot of the table that was available when she got into the room to have cake. At the end we were not sure if we were missing a gift or if someone didn’t bring one so I called and they said they didn’t have it but if another group returned it they would call. So… not knowing about the gift we did a «Thank you for coming» for that child. That goes back to the lack of organization on their part.
Summary: I feel for the cost of the party there should be more organization, polish and customer focused. Would I do it again? Maybe. If you go in with no expectations you’ll be happy — kids will have fun — but if you’re looking for a stress free venue where you don’t have to worry about the details this isn’t the place.
