Rhythm and Flow Pilates

Deana owns and runs this business. Her customers include doctors, professors, and other professionals. I have been a client for about four years. When I started, I had a bad hip and had difficulty walking. I took private lessons and Deana focused on building strength around my hip. There were days I was in so much pain, I needed someone to drive me to the studio, but I always left feeling better. Now I have lost weight and have graduated to taking classes. Most classes have 3 – 4 people in them and I believe she maxes out at 6. Deana is still able to customize what you are doing to your body during a class. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and your muscles. In addition to pilates, Deana works with a product called CoreAlign which is a great tool to help keep your body in alignment. I highly recommend her as both a caring and knowledgeable instructor.

Deanna Blackman is a true professional! She is devoted to all her students, has a good understanding of what their personal goals are and how she can help them attain them. I have been one of her students for over 10 years and continue to look forward to coming to my two weekly classes. Deanna is a wonderful coach; always providing positive feedback for my efforts! She uses all of her pilates equipment in a variety of ways thereby making each class interesting, challenging and fun. The class size is small and all of the students are dedicated to getting the most out of their classes. I highly recommended the Rhythm and Flow Studio. We are very fortunate to have this studio in our community!
