Pizza Factory

Just ordered pizza from here for the first time, they were very polite, delivered in about 35 minutes. I ordered the artichoke and garlic pizza and loved it. I look forward to ordering again.

This place has awesome service and a very friendly staff. When my husband and I moved here we left behind an amazing pizza place we thought would never be replaceable but we were wrong. Pizza Factory quickly became our new go to!

11÷23÷15: Tried 2 different pizzas today than we normally order and a little disappointed!
1) Hawaiian Pizza my Hubby ordered was great! Cooked perfectly and a perfect balance of toppings.
2) Spinach & Garlic Pizza (w/​Chicken added) was over cooked and tasted like it had no white sauce? Lots of cheese is great but gets tough without sauce

Well… If you have a few hours to spare then it’s worth the wait! I have never had a bad pizza from them. The only complaint I have is they are a little pricey! Worth a try… I have 3 stars because I just think it’s a normal average pizza place… Nothing to special.

Best place to eat in Shasta Lake! Pizza is always really good, although I typically ask for extra sauce so that my pizza ends up with just enough on it. We have always ordered delivery and live only about 5 – 10 minutes away but for some reason delivery is always estimated at around an hour, even if it’s early in the evening on a Wednesday. Employees are friendly over the phone and in person. My only suggestions for improvement would be speeding up the delivery times and adding an online ordering option.

This place is awesome!!! The owners are nice and the employees are awesome. Not to mention the pizza is to die for.

This place is way too expensive and the pizza was dry and not enough cheese and toppings.

Great service! The young lady at the register was very accommodating! Apparently this is a chain but you would think it is a local place because it has a small town feel! Also the food was great!

Traveling back from Bend, Or and this was the only place in town, that based on the Unilocal reviews, was even worth taking the exit.
We entered the Pizza Factory looking forward to getting out of the heat, the car temp read 104! There was no reprieve, it was just as stifling inside as it was out.
After some confusion on the part of the gal behind the counter we ordered two lunch specials-​mini pizzas and a drink, mine also had a salad from the salad bar. DH looked at the salad bar and wisely passed.
I was given a small plastic togo like bowl and headed over to the salad bar… Oh why must restaurants serve brown lettuce, lettuce that they can clearly tell needs to be discarded. I picked through and choose the least brown that I could find (I paid for that salad!) and topped it with the standard pizza salad bar choices, which looked decent and tasted fine. DH then gloated over his better judgement (Sadly its still 4 hours till we get home!)
20 or so minutes later the mini pizzas arrived, nothing special. The only reason I am giving two stars is the friendliness of the staff. I suspect that the high number of Unilocal stars is due to the lack of choices in this little town.
If you’re on the highway and looking for a place to stop for a bite, don’t be fooled by the locals Unilocal reviews, they don’t know any better, keep driving!

Best pizza in town! Owner is very kind and compassionate and they do alot for the community. The restaurant is fun for kids witg the video arcade and Flintstones egg machine. Again BEST pizza!

Yum! Stopped here on a trip. Ordering pizza takes some time since it’s made to order with a hand tossed crust. Got the bassman pizza – delish! Crust was a little thick, crispy on outside but soft inside. Very friendly service.

Great pizza, affordable prices. They greet you when you walk in, very friendly people. And who I think was the owner came to our table to make sure we enjoyed everything. Unmatched customer service. Definitely stop by this gem!

Excellent pizza and excellent service. Even though it’s a chain, it has an awesome home town feel. Lots of support for the local sports teams, and everyone seems happy to work there. All staff is happy, helpful, and extremely polite. They deliver to a wide area and delivery is cheap. I would highly recommend.

Pizza Factory is always fantastic. Have been going there since I was a kid and the owner, Greg, is wonderful. Whenever we are back in town we come here at least three times. Some say it’s a bit pricey, but for the quality if the pizza, not to mention the integrity of the establishment, it is absolutely worth it.

Pizza Factory in Shasta Lake is my favorite pizza north of Sacramento. The pizza tastes amazing, especially the cheese, and the girls that work there are always very friendly and accommodating.
There are a few video games for the kids, big screen TV with sports for the adults, local newspapers to read while you wait for the perfect pie, and a nice family atmosphere overall. Their support for local sport teams is proudly displayed.
This is a great pizza place that doesn’t pretend to be anything else. And once again, kudos to the staff for the great service they provide.
I have also been to the Pizza Factory in Dunsmuir and was equally satisfied. 5 Stars!

We go there for a family night once a month. There’s always sports on tv, and the service is really good. Get a coupon, and it’s comparable to driving to Redding to eat.

i have to say… been living in the redding and shasta lake area for a little over a year now and my boyfriend loves pizza. We have been trying out soooo many different pizza places and this is by far the best. Tonight we had the Hawaiian Pizza with jalapenos on it. the crust, sauce and cheese are very tasty! I wasnt to sure though if the pineapples and jalapenos were cooked into the pizza or put on after… hmmm. but it was still delicious! I gave it for stars because of how expensive it was. spent $ 23 on just a pizza!

Friendly service and good food. One of the few places opened late!
