Went to new location for appointment today. Office manager turned me away after a 60 mile drive and notice I was running late. When I showed up 22 min late and in a condescending tone was refused to see Dr. Sutton and told to reschedule. Not one person in waiting room! I begged for mercy explaining my circumstances and the kid wouldn’t budge from his rule. Sad to lose my Dr after all of these years.

I visited Dr. Sutton today after hearing good things about her and needing to find a new primary care physician after moving from Austin. Having worked as a senior physician recruiter I am very picky about doctors and I was very impressed with her rare quality of spending an excellent amount of time with me asking lots of questions and really getting to the bottom of things as compared to many docs who rush you through. In fact she was exceptional not only in thoroughness, time spent, but also simply bedside manner. Glad to have found her. I did not see her at this office but the office on Spurs Ln.
