The Shay

The Shay Apartments are beautiful, modern and sleek, efficient and provide top notch amenities. But enough about describing the structure itself because I could go on all day. The reason I am taking time out of my busy work day to review The Shay apartments is because I just so happened to have had the most enjoyable, painless, and accommodating experience worth mentioning.
The Shay’s leasing office personnel are second to none. Their professionalism combined with their genuine customer service truly leaves you feeling good about stepping through those doors. After touring, I felt like I had a great understanding of the property, what was offered, and how to execute the next steps as a potential tenant. Not to mention, my tour guide was just about as sweet as pie so it made for a very relaxed and enjoyable tour.
Ultimately, I am so happy with my decision to become a new tenant here and I strongly suggest that if the area works for you, to at least tour the property and see for yourself how exceptional these folks really are. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Konni and Kim. They are both exemplary managing personnel. It’s a comforting feeling to know that you have a well experienced and organized staff to work with.
The units are a no-​brainer. You’re bound to be sold on the aesthetically pleasing design and modern feel. You are 100% in great hands and the property is a gorgeous new addition to the U street corridor.
