I’ve eaten there twice, was not thrilled with it. Service was slow and there were only a few people in there at the time. The first time I ordered clam chowder soup and it was so watery I had to take it home and thicken it up. It was pretty bland. The next time I tried chicken dumpling and there wasn’t one piece of chicken in it. Another customer complained about it but the waitress just laughed it off. It tasted ok though. I’m tempted to try it again now that it’s changed it’s name to Grandma Sofie’s but I heard it’s still the same owners just a different name.

Well, I tried them again. Again’ it was barely «ok», leaving a lot of room for improvement. I had one of that day’s specials (which should always be best, right), pork roast. with bread, mashed potatoes and buried in gravy. The pork was kind of dry, and a bit chewy.
