We called this wonderful company today based on the great reviews! We could not be happier! Rich got to our home exactly when they said he would. Not only did he do an excellent job hooking up our new audio equipment he was very patient and thorough making sure we knew how to work our new toys before he left !!! We would definitely recommend them !

We needed to have my daughters iPhone 6 fixed. It was doing crazy things and we really didn’t know what the problem was. I looked into 3 local places and decided to try AVIES because of the crazy amount of 5 star reviews they had on Google.
SO GLAD I chose them! We took the phone in and were assured we would be called after some tests were run on the phone. Got a call a few hours later with some not so good news. They told me that they had done several checks on the phone, changed screens a few times, and were still having the problems. They would need to keep it over night to do a few more things.
Received a call from Richard the next day. He concluded that the phone was actually bent and that’s what was causing the «Ghost touching». He fixed the bend, put her original screen back on, and didn’t charge us a dime!

These guys are the best I’ve used! For some reason we have a lot of broken devices in our household (eye roll). We’ve used a couple of those other repair guys that, for a premium price, will come to your work/​home & do the repairs. The quality of their work & the parts they used always seemed to be subpar. Never an issue w/​AVIES! Their service & work is always exceptional & worth your money. We only go here now.

Holy Moly, I LOVE AVIES.
I am a world-​class idiot and didn’t back up our 5 yr-​old laptop. We stopped using it a couple years ago when we upgraded, but (because I am a dummy) I never saved our family photos and videos that were on the laptop. I am not-​at-​all tech-​savvy, so I just assumed they were fine on the computer.
When it crashed last week, I definitely thought that I had lost all of those memories. Thousands of photos– 42 gigs (?) of pictures/​videos from my children’s first years of life… Newborn pictures, first steps, first haircuts, first foods, etc. I thought I was going to lose ALL of them.
Avies saved the day!!! I brought the laptop to them and they were able to save ALL of them! I can’t explain in a simple company review how happy I am with this business. I feel indebted to them; like I owe them so much more than the easy $ 30 they charged to do it.
I promise to never-​ever-​ever leave my photos unsaved again! But regardless, we’ll be back to Avies and hopefully recommend them to anyone we know.

Used this business for the second time. The first was for a new smart TV, the second was for my laptop. In both cases, I was extremely satisfied. We are not very tech savy, and Rich was very patient in providing explanations and teaching us what we needed to know. I would recommend this business to all my friends.
