Balderston is a great guy. Honest w/​his evaluation of the problem — his goal is for the patient not be in pain, if suffering, or discomfort anymore. He’s ‘for’ you as patient, not to scare you with any surprise terminology (as I’ve experienced w/​other chiros when looking for one). He will answer questions/​listen. His front office staff is great and the main accounting person literally knows our account to the exact detail — she usually glances at me from her computer and rattles off where our account ‘is at’ (husband and I) before I even pay. She’s on top of it. Child friendly — sometimes I have to bring my son during treatment — life of a mom!

Just wanted to add my 5 stars that this place is EXCELLENT! Dr. Balderston truly cares about his patients, his office staff is fabulous, and he is exceptional at what he does. Over the past month, he has helped me heal my lower back, and saved me from a lot of pain. For lasting relief, I have found «getting muscles to relax/​building muscle strength» to be of utmost importance, and these were recommended by Dr. Balderston. I highly recommend Balderston Chiropractic and in addition to great customer service and a results-​driven approach, and you get to hear Dr. Balderston jokes and see many smiling faces.

Mission, KS
I have been to plenty of chiropractors over the years & these guys are great. Dr. Mark is attentive and ultimately cares about his patients health. He’s been awesome at helping alleviate my neck pain. The front staff is always very welcoming. Plus, I’ve never had to wait very long in the waiting room to be seen. They’re good about getting you taken care of in a timely way to get back to work.
