I LOVE this company and the people who run it! We contacted multiple security companies, and no one had as great as a deal or as great of customer service! They installed the equipment very quickly (and it’s not huge and bulky like some other companies) and they were super professional. They took the time to walk me through the system and how to work it. The alarm system is super easy to use, and it’s very convenient being able to access everything from an app on your phone! It definitely gives me peace of mind while I am away from my home, and I love all of the security features. I HIGHLY recommend this company! Tyson will help you get everything you need, and at a great price!

Loved this company & the service!
Let me start out by saying, I called several security companies, & I decided to go with ADT direct security. I’m so thankful I did, bc the salesman, Tyson, was very professional & helpful. The sales rep was knowledgable but knew to «dumb it down» it for me. Great sales rep, can’t say enough good things!

I had ADT installed in my home 3 yrs ago through Direct Security (originally I also contacted ADT corporate, they quoted a higher price on equipment etc.) I checked out my local dealer who was able to give me a BETTER deal. **Recently I upgraded to Pulse (some of my neighbors|friends have pulse and I really like the idea of monitoring my home from my iphone) I again contacted Direct Services, the owner provides reliable/​professional services. I added 2 additional features (an automatic door lock and thermostat control which both can be controlled by my iPhone.
I’m Very happy I made the switch to Pulse monitoring. I’ve Recommend Direct Security Services to my friends/​family, he’s a local, reliable, friendly and professional businessman.
