We needed a venue, I filled out their online page, TWICE, my son filled it out once. I called and you just get a message over and over to call back. After a week I finally got an answer and was put though to the rudest person ever. Actually he refused to tell me anything because someone else had just called him about the same event, unfortunately they didn’t ask all the questions. He did tell me when asked we had to use THEIR carter service, we could not bring our own food. It then took me 2 phone calls a text and an e mail to get the caterer to send me menus, by this time we are a week away from the event and now everyone else is booked. The prices of the caterer made it impossible to hold the event at the expo center, had we known this a week earlier we could of moved on. It is outrageous that anyone trying to sell something would make you work this hard to get simple answers. Posting the cost on their page would of saved a ton of time and trouble. Why did I persist, it just seemed the appropriate place to hold this event for an avid rodeo person. I can guarantee they will never get business from me and I sure will not recommend them to anyone else. My advise would be to put Stephanie in charge, she is the only helpful person there. Not one of the e mails, or forms were even answered. Stephanie did e mail me telling me someone would be in touch but they never were.

Nice area. Customer service is lacking. Comfort stations in RVPARK Are rarely open and only available 8 – 5 M-F. The people using the center for horse sells, etc seem pleased.
