Eric came to my home on a Sunday evening, after contacting him that afternoon. He was professional, polite, and an expert at his craft. My iPhone screen was absolutely demolished and it works great now! The fact that he came on a weekend, (Sunday evening even), really sold me. I use my phone for work and needed it for Monday morning. I will recommend iCracked/​Eric, if I know of anyone needing a fix!
