Don’t do it! The dentist is nice, but the billing department will GOUGE you. I was told everything was good and I had $ 125.00 credit. I’ve been waiting for my bill since November. They kept billing the total cost because my insurance company demanded more information. Fast track… It’s March 2015… They’ve upgraded their billing system and what do you know… My credit shrunk from $ 125.00 to $ 11.00… I’m so angry. I called and questioned why? They said my insurance company denied party of the claim. It was only an estimate… Yeah ok… It’s hard to decline it after the work is already done on your mouth. SHAME!!! My advice… BEWAREOFESTIMATES. I DON’T LIKETHEBAITANDSWITCHTACTIC. They can keep that $ 11.00 credit and use it for a farewell lunch. That really suxxxxxxx!

This location is a bit far from where I live, but since the downtown office closed, everyone had moved here and I didn’t want to switch dentists. My wife & I had appointments for cleaning and they were kind enough to block off extra time in case we needed something beyond that(since we didn’t want to drive such a long distance twice). We were seen right away by friendly staff. Sierra, the hygienist is really good at making you feel relaxed and is enjoyable to talk to. Even better, NOBLEEDING or pain when she’s scraping away! She had reviewed my records before I had arrived, so when I told her what my complaints were, she wasn’t surprised and realized she and the dentist had addressed them 6 months ago at the last cleaning. Like LaShaun, they have made billing errors, but cleared them up right away without any hassle. In fact, I was going to talk to the office billing department after my appointment about an incorrect bill I got recently and she approached me first to let me know it was all written off(as they made an error) and in fact, my wife has a credit on the account. They also said that if we have further credits, they would mail a check to us(as we are moving away soon and won’t have future need of their services). The office itself looks like 1970s style architecture and decorations with long wood beams in the ceiling. Parking is easy in their private lot. They have a water fountain at the entrance so you can get a drink if you’re thirsty(or if your dog is that is waiting in the car). While I was waiting for my wife, the office staff chatted with me and heard I had a cute dog in the car, so they all took turns coming out to say hello. Even some of the future patients came out to play with him. Anyhow, I’ll miss this office and staff. Although they have had turnover since I started going to the downtown location in 2009, I’ve always been satisfied with the staff.

I actually visited the downtown location before it was closed, however the staff transferred to shawnee, Melonie is the worst and now she is the office manger at this office. The actual dentist were ok, however I am now hearing I need some of the work re done that was completed there. This isn’t good. Don’t count on them to correctly bill your insurance they will get it ALLWRONG!!! If I had to do it over I would never have gone to this dentist, one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
