Purchased high dollar mattress and box springs from this place. Was told by store manager that if at anytime there was a problem with my mattress and box spring they would replace it, less than a year later the mattress began to collapse. Called Neal’s and was advised by the same manager, we don’t honor those type of warranties. He said I should call the manufacture in Georgia, the manufacture told me to call Neals who refused to honor the life time warranty. End result out $ 2000 Neals is worthless and dishonest.
