This place is great for sweet and savory snacks. I had the pistachio ice cream and a cup of elotes (minus the mayo) and both were great. I was not trying to be healthy so I also sampled my friend’s churros with caramel inside. They were hot and a great combo of chewy and crunchy.
The walls are bright and there are both English and Spanish menus. They offer healthy smoothies but I was distracted but the other tasty snacks. Maybe Next time.

Get yourself a Mangoneada! This is a crowd pleaser with or without chili powder. Or try the elotes in a cup.
My favorites are the ensalada de fruta or escamochas.

This one is just as great at the one on 18th street. Actually I found this one first but it wasn’t in Unilocal yet. So I am adding it now.
It is right behind Ryan’s and connected the Walmart grocery store shopping strip. The thing I like about this location better, is that it it rarely as crowed and bigger than the 18th st location. Menus are the same and delicious. So if you are craving a nice Mexican dessert, pop in and you will find plenty here.
