I have used many public storage facilities across the country and have had good service for the most part. This particular facility absolutely sucks!
Be careful if sign up for automatic payments. They will cancel and you’ll be surprised to find out at the 30day mark that a lien fee is coming. Also watch your unit carefully. They have violated my lease on 2 different occasions.
Never again will I goto public storage.

We didn’t actually end up using this facility (couldn’t, because our military move was done via 18– wheeler, which the setup of this facility can’t accommodate), but five stars for customer service via the manager, Taunya. We had booked online and weren’t aware of the issue with semis… when we came to preview the unit and mentioned that it was a military move, she quickly clued us into the access issue, and was amazing about lining up another unit for us at a site equipped to handle trucks. Very pro, very helpful, very accommodating, very kind.
