Area is kind of hidden (even from the highway that runs right by), which I think is a bonus as folks can’t break into what they don’t know is there. Access hours were reasonable — I don’t recall ever needing to get in outside of them. Weren’t very responsive when I was looking to terminate my contract, hence the star deduction, but overall I’d recommend them and use them again if the need arose.

When we showed up we were slap happy and strung out from a week on the road. My companion and I were like the Keystone Cops. Kyle was not only professional and patient but made us feel at home; as if we’d just stopped by to say hi to a friend. He lined us up with a good spot in no time, and we felt like we were in good hands.
Later when it was time to remove our stuff and check out, Krystal was kind and took care of our account without a hitch.
Kyle and Krystal are outstanding and this facility was clean and safe.
