The best dental office i have ever been too. I walked in early they got me back early. Explained everything that was going on very professional.

I can see why everyone gives these guys 5 stars!!! Dr. Joshi was friendly, knowledgable and informative. He really made me feel welcome and took the time to explain all my options. I felt the same way about the hygienist, he was great too! The receptionists were friendly and accommodating as well… They also have a special that helps you save $$$ if you donate to the American Heart Association. Save $$ and help others??? No brainier! Great experience overall. Thank you SMD, you’ve got a new patient here…

I was impressed! Dr. Joshi and his team are exceptional in professionalism and friendliness. Dr. Joshi explained my treatment plan completely and in terms easy to understand. The office staff even laughed at my jokes.

What an amazing experience… The staff greeted me by name and had me filling out my information electronically within minutes. The technology is top notch, I was able to be part if the process from x ray to finish. Highly recommend

I visited Shawnee Modern Dentistry during the first week they were open. The experience was wonderful! It’s always a little scary to visit a dentist but all of the staff made me feel at ease. Booking my appointment was quick and easy. The office is paperless so I was able to fill out all of my info online after booking. This saved so much time when I got to the office. The staff called to confirm my appointment prior to the day of and asked if I had any questions or concerns. The day of the appointment the front office staff was so friendly and helpful. The dental assistant and Dr. Joshi made the experience one of the best I have ever had at a dental office. I would highly recommend this office to friends and family.

I don’t know about your dental services but as far as your customer service, it’s unprofessional.
Two days ago two ladies from the office were delivering goodie bags to promote themselves (which I thought was neat) however, not the candy that was inside. I opened one of the Hershey’s and it had mold inside, I thought I give another a try, so I did… well that one was not different, moldy once again. I didn’t eat it but, I went on to the others and those had a sour taste to them.
I decided to give a call because I thought they needed to know and maybe they could prevent it, maybe they bought it old. This is where this place gets the one star from, the lady’s response was so not empathetic, she said, «wow, you’re really calling for that!» I said yes, I’m sorry I don’t mean to sound mean but it could get someone sick. She said in a sarcastic tone, «well thanks for calling, and have a good day» And, that was the end of it.
I really hope your dental services aren’t as careless as your customer service.
