I called them early January regarding an event in February. I was told they would have someone follow up with me that afternoon and that they were pretty sure they would have someone available. I never heard from them and called them a week prior to the event and they said«I think I saw a note about that, I don’t think we are going to be able to do it.» Hearing that information one week before an event that you thought you had security for is frustrating. So I can say for the customer service and organization they are lacking, I was not able to experience their company from a security standpoint.
