I recently picked up some collectible cards (not sports ones) and I wanted some sheets to view/​display them in. No one had any… except for this lone shop in an almost entirely dead and deserted mall. Dozens of closed businesses… depressing…set against this guy still hacking out a living in the wilderness, long after baseball cards have had their heyday.
But there must still be people who buy and sell and trade them… because he’s still open… and everyone else closed up and went home.
