Both of them are outstanding hard-​working and very dedicated. It is great to see a realtors that really have your personal interest in mind. They never rush you to buy something that you’re not sure.
They really concentrate on the long term not just for a quick sale.

Tonya really worked hard for us in our home search and she is honest in her opinions and in pointing out things in the houses that we should be aware of before making an offer. She was knowledgeable in home pricing and let us know if she thought a property was overpriced. Tonya is tech savvy and saved us a lot of time in paperwork by signing offers etc… electronically. I felt like she was really working for us and not just trying to sell a house. She paid attention to our needs.

Rhyne and Tonya were great to work with. We purchased our first home with them 4 years ago and when it came time to sell we were so glad we chose them. We did not know the area when we bought and they were so helpful in finding us exactly what we wanted in an area of town we did not want to leave. When we had to sell our house they were supportive and confident. They had wonderful professional pictures of the house taken and our house sold fast for what we wanted to get out of it. They were our only experience with realtors until we purchased our home in Omaha and I wish they worked here. We had an awful experience our second time around in Omaha. Luckily, Rhyne was even helpful when our realtor in Omaha tried to push our hand on things we were not comfortable with. I would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone interested in buying or selling the the greater Kansas City area.
